The mVp Athletics Maximum Muscle Training Program

At mVp Athletics, with the Maximum Muscle Personal Training & Fitness Program, we go by a certain structure on how to help you achieve the optimum results out of our fitness programs. We go by a certain outline of things we assess before be start with our programs, to ensure the best results.

Client Consultation
This where the client and trainer get communicate with eachother for the very first time. Here is where the clients can get a feel for what kind of personality the trainer might have, and what kind of motivation that can expect from them. The trainer will explain their experience, and how they can help the client reach their fitness goals.

Program(s) Overview
The trainer will explain the training packages that are available for the client to choose from. The client has the option to mix & match certain packages if needed. See below

Overview of Complete Client Medical & Physical History
If the client has any concerns about some of the methods that will be used, related to his physical or medical condition.

Client Fitness Experience Level Assessment
This is where the client will explain their workout experience. This is important since it will give the trainer a starting-point of how they will approatch the training program the client selected.

Goals & Outcomes of the Program Selected
What are the long term and/or short-term goals that the client is looking for?

Client Statistics
Height, Weight, Age, Daily routine, Body-type (Ectomorph, Mesomorph, Endomorph)

Develop & Explaination of Training/Diet/Supplement Program
The trainer will develop the entire plan, working with the above info, for the clients selected program. The trainer will explain every aspect of the program to the client, and this is when all questions or concern can be addressed to the trainer.

PROGRAMS

Consultations:
Skype Video-Chat 30 Minute Consultation – $50
Once payment is sent, and I contact you, you will be given a time to login, and I will call you to have our face-to-face discussion about your goals, your training, any questions you may have, etc. I will give you answers to all your questions, and give you the best path to take with your fitness goals. I won’t sugarcoat anything, and keep it REAL 100%.

Posing Consultation/Coaching Guidance Skype Video 30 Minute – $50
Once payment is sent, and I contact you, you will be given a time to login, and I will call you to have our face-to-face video posing consultation. You will go through all your mandatory poses, and routine (if needed), and we will improve each pose at a time. It is recommended you have a mirror to see yourself, as we go through the poses, so you visually see the pose improve as we go along. *This service is FREE if you are a Pre-Contest athlete.

One-Time Basic Diet – $150 *These do not include training or any future changes. You will get basic supplement guidance with this however.

This program is a monitored via-online or locally. If done over the internet, the client will follow the training and diet plan developed by mVp Athletics, then every 2 weeks the client will send progress photos directly with their coach. Changes will be made after the photo assessment.
3 Month Fat-Loss(cutting) or Bulk/Lean Mass Off-Season – $400
6 Month Fat-Loss(cutting) or Bulk/Lean Mass Off-Season – $700**
1 Year Fat-Loss(cutting) or Bulk/Lean Mass Off-Season – $900**

Pre-Contest Packages:
If your looking to get on-stage and compete in a bodybuilding show, this is the package for you. What this includes is a complete nutrition system run down of all meals, supplements, and training to finally meet your dream of getting on-stage, and showing the crowd what you’ve worked so hard for. We will guide you through all your training with a week-by-week schedule, daily meals, body-fat percentage calculations, water intake, carbohydrate intake, protein intake, and especially the infamous ‘hell week’ (the final week countdown) to the show.

For posing, we are now implementing Skype video-chats so that we can take a look at your posing. We will assess what poses are working, and what poses need extra work. Then we will guide you on improving the ones that need it. This goes for bikini, figure, physique and bodybuilding competitors.

What Each Program Includes:
• Custom meal plan for each individual athlete
• Photos every 2 weeks with these programs, changes made on progress. (every week if in Precontest)

• Supplements (enhanced or natural – specified by the client) schedule.

• Unlimited text messages to me during morning, day-time and mid-evening hours
• 100% attention to you and your progress
NEW Skype Video-Conference for Check-in days. You will be given a time to login, and I will call you to have our face-to-face discussion about your progress, your status, any questions you may have, etc.
NEW For Pre-Contest athletes, we will have posing review during our Skype Video-Conference calls. This is where the athlete will do the poses the coach calls out, so we can assess if the pose is good or not, then work with the athlete to improve the one weak points.


* clients can add more months to their program as they please. $100 for each extra month. but I like to do nothing less then 3mon to start. payments can be made through Paypal.

**payment plans are available for 6 month program, 1 year program, and in pre-contest plans.
