Aching Knee Fix – Elite FTS® Arctic Sports Balm

I usually don’t like to spout about a product or give a review, but I feel this is one item I need to disclose to everyone, and the experience I have with it.

Ever since I started to take my leg training up a new good notches the last couple of years, I can tell my knees have been taking a little-bit of a beating. The things I started noticing was hard aches when I sit on my knees then try to get up, getting up from chairs, getting out of the bed, etc. I also noticed it took longer for my knees to warm-up before hard training, so I would need a few extra warm-up sets to get the blood flowing properly. I really didn’t have an answer to fixing this issue other then take time off from training legs and/or icing them the night before and/or after the workouts.

IFBB Pro’s Fouad Abiad and John Meadows posted a picture online one day, and they mentioned they were pre-treating their knees with this sports balm. I then got interested and asked John what it was.

He guided me to www.elitefts.com and said it was the Arctic Sports Balm. All you need to do is, apply it to your knees, lower back and/or elbows before you train, rub it in thoroughly, and it will start moving the blood to where it needs go before training begins. It will also numb any aches and pains you may have during training. Not only did this product help with my training, it has also helped any aches and pains I have outside of the gym (without even applying or using it when Im not in the gym). I have no idea how this product fully works, what it does, etc., but all I know is that since I started using it, my knee aches and pains have almost been eliminated 85-90% of the time. So for $15, this was a great investment, and I highly recommend it to anyone that loves to train legs, is aiming for big lifts, has aches and pains in joint areas, powerlifters, strongmen, bodybuilders, crossfit athletes and normal everyday weight lifters.
