16oz liquid egg whites
3 whole omega-3 eggs
1/2 banana
1cup of oatmeal
2 slices of ezekiel low-sodium bread
2tbsp of natural ‘dark chocolate’ peanut butter
12oz black tea with lemon (detox) with stevia

Meal 2 930am
9oz lean 93/7 ground beef
12oz golden yellow potatoes
1 tomato

Meal 3 1230pm
12oz Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
8oz sweet potatoes
1/2 tomato
1/2 cup steamed veggies

Meal 4 315pm
12oz chicken breast
salad mix
1 tomato
3/4cup oatmeal
1/2 banana
1/2 apple

preworkout 4pm
1 scoop allmax Razor8
1 scoop allmax aminocore
5g glutamine, 5g arginine, 5g creatine

Meal 5 pwo 645pm
3 scoops allmax isoflex
5g glutamine, 5g arginine, 5g creatine
2 chocolate chip cookie dough poptarts

Meal 6 8pm
8oz chicken breast
1/2 cup white sushi rice
1/2 cup veggies

Meal 7 1015pm
1.5scoops allmax isoflex
1.5scoops regular whey protein blend
8oz unsweetened almond milk
16oz water
5g glutamine
1/3cup of steel cut oats (36g carbs)
2 plain rice cakes (14g carbs total)
3tbpn natural peanut butter
12oz black tea with lemon (detox) with stevia

Meal 8 (130am snack lol)
6oz of skirt steak
