#REBUILD – Day 9 – January 12th, 2016

Still having cravings at night, and I know it’s due to not enough calories being consumed, which is ok. Each week I plan on increasing little by little the calorie amount, so hopefully these little cravings will slowly decrease as I increase good calories. So here’s how this day went…

Nutrition

Meal 1
10oz egg whites
2 whole eggs
1/2c raw oats
2 pkts of instant oats

Meal 2
7oz chicken breast
1/2 sliced avocado
salad mix

1cup white jasmine rice

Meal 4
7oz chicken breast
1/2 sliced avocado

Meal 5
2 scoops whey isolate
1oz almonds

Late night snacks
Taco Bell: 2 Double Decker Supreme
Taco Bell: 1 Cantina Style Beef Burrito
Taco Bell: Small Diet Pepsi


Training – Chest with Mild Arms

• 3-Grip Position Rope Tricep Extensions 3×30
*1st 10 reps, hold rope near the top. Next 10 reps, hold in the center of the rope, last 10 reps hold at the bottom of the rope (standard grip). Go none stop for this 30 reps.

• Seated Hammer Strength Incline Press 5×10

• Hammer Strength Wide Chest Press 4×10

• Barbell Flat Bench with Multi-Grip Bar 6×8-12

• Barbell Incline Bench with Multi-Grip Bar 6×8-12 *3 sets are stop-presses

• Bicep Curls with Multi-Grip Bar 3×30
*1st 10 reps, hold bar with the widest grip points. Next 10 reps, hold bar with 1 grip point closer. Last 10 reps hold bar with the closest grip points. Go none stop for this 30 reps.

• Chest Pec-Dec Flys 5×10

Cardio: 21min Incline Treadmill 3.0mph@12d

With meal 2
2000mg fish oil, 100mg B6,  1200mg CLA, Bcomplex, 200mg Caffeine, 2000mg Vitamin C, 400mg Chromium, Vitamin D3

With meal 5
2000mg fish oil, 1200mg CLA, Bcomplex, 2000mg Vitamin C, 400mg Chromium, 2000mg Super Primerose Oil

Preworkout
1 Scoop Allmax Razor8

Intraworkout
20g BCAAS
1 scoop of Intra-MVPump
5g Glutamine

Postworkout
2 scoops when isolate cold filtration
25g high-cyclin dextrin
5g Glutamine
