2012 Pre-contest Diet ‘The Visual’

ahhh what 5 meals of mine (out of 7-8) during PREP looked like….fish fish fish and more fish….

Don’t get me wrong though, I love eating fish, but I was starving again 30-45min after eating each meal. 12-16oz per meal did not fill me up…especially on a low carb diet.
