+Superset: Seated Lat Pulldowns 4×10-15
• Bentover Barbell Rows 6×8-12 (increase weight until set 4)
+Superset: T-Bar Rows 6×10-12 (increase weight each set)
• Hammer Strength 1-Arm Rows 5×10
