#REBUILD – Week 12 – April 2016
Well I have extremely busy the last 8 weeks with my progression. I am fully healed, training 100%, have zero fear picking big dumbbells up, and life is great. I’ve been reluctant to take pics of myself doing some usual meathead shit during workouts, mainly in fear of being disappointed of my look after my dual torn distal biceps (both right and left arms) that I just healed from a few months back, but I felt the need to share with everyone that even though we all may have doubts if we will ever look or be the way we were in the past, the future is what we need make the best of. We can’t change things that happened, but we can certainly make the best of the things going forward. So that being said, at the moment I’m sitting between 230-233lbs, feeling great, having amazing training sessions, pumps are insane, and I am completely enjoying being back at it 100% the past few months. Diet has been great, but I do have a Dorrito addiction that’s for sure haha. People told me “you’ll never be the same again”…well I actually feel like the injuries never happened, and have zero fear with picking heavy weight up. I ignored the nay sayers as Arnold mentioned, and have never looked back. Finally being able to progress again has been a relief, and I am glad all those injuries are behind me.
