#REBUILD – Week 20 – June 2016

Here’s a little update…

The past 6 to 7 weeks have been a slight life change, mainly with my main career path, so fitness has been not 100% to what it was. This is mainly in the area of nutrition, because I had to reserve funds due to the career change for a bit. But I have still been hitting the weights solid, and my strength is at new levels lately. Ive really made a point to do more dumbbell work, when training chest, and it has really paid off. I now have 3 different chest routines now to pick from. Leg workouts have been positive, but I can honestly say due to my work schedule now, I really only have weekends to hit them really hard. Mainly due to energy levels, and time. I really want a good amount of time to train and focus on leg training, so I keep it to weekends now. Im sitting around 235lbs still, and Im not too worried about conditioning at the moment. Im just enjoying training and the process again. I have zero pain in my biceps, and my pumps have been insane once again.

Typical Nutrition

Meal 1
8oz egg whites
3 whole eggs
1c raw oats
1 pkt of instant oats
1 banana
4 sliced strawberries

Meal 2
7oz Chicken Breast
1 whole egg
salad mix with some cashews
1tbsn avocado oil

Meal 3
6.5oz chicken breast
1cup white jasmine rice or brown rice/red rice

Meal 2
2 cans of tuna
1 whole egg
salad mix with some cashews
1tbsn avocado oil

Meal 5
8oz greek yogurt
2oz almonds

Meal 6
2 scoops whey protein
5g glutamine


Supplements

With meal 2
2000mg fish oil, 100mg B6,  Bcomplex, 2000mg Vitamin C, 400mg Chromium, Vitamin D3

With meal 5
2000mg fish oil, 1200mg CLA, Bcomplex, 2000mg Vitamin C, 400mg Chromium, 2000mg Super Primerose Oil

Intraworkout
20g BCAAS
