Shrugs

Training Tip! If you’re rolling your shoulders while doing shrugs, you’re doing it wrong. Shrugs only require you to keep your head straight, and shrug your shoulders to your ears (as best you can). Keep your feet on the ground is an element that many tend to forget when shrugging heavy weight. Focus! Shrug straight up! Squeeze! And make the negative as slow as possible (sometimes hard when going heavy).
