Injury Report

Injury Report:
So far I have nothing too serious to be worried about. The only one I have to be concerned with to a degree as of now is my left bicep-to-pec muscle area. I strained this area roughly about 1 week ago during a chest routine. I gave it 5 days to heal (before my next chest session), but 2/3rd of the way through that work out, it started to inflame once again.

After my muscle therapy session this past weekend, it was advised to give it another 1-2 weeks off to completely heal. So until then, I will be avoiding all chest training movements. Other then that, nothing really. My knees are a bit sore these days since I’m my leg training to a new level, and I still have tendonitis in my left tricep at times, but those are things I can work around.

A note to everyone:
It is wise to give a little extra time to let a strained muscle heal. In off-season you have plenty of time to make progress, but if you do not allow an injury heal properly, you’ll be hindering your overall growth in the future, and you’ll be more prone to injuring that muscle again. So be SMART, and give a little extra time to heal your injuries. I see idiots go a train legs with 1 leg if they hurt one, or do 1-armed bicep movements. What is the point? There is none. You just look like a fool that won’t rest.
