Homemade Protein Pancakes

Homemade protein pancakes today:) i know there is a bajillion different recipes out there for these, but here’s what I do:

• 3/4cup raw oats
• 5 egg whites
• 2 scoops of whey (Allmax Isoflex vanilla was used in this case)
• 1 medium banana
• 1tbsn cinnamon

Version for females:
• 1/3cup raw oats
• 3 egg whites
• 1 scoops of whey protein (any flavor)
• 1/2 medium banana
• 1tbsn cinnamon
• 2 splenda or stevia packets
• add water to degree of thickness you want

Blend all ingredients above. Should come out very thick. Then cook and serve.

Optional:
Add fresh fruit, sugar free syrup, natural peanut butter when ready (as I did).
