Train to Digest
What do many inspiring bodybuilders fail to do? Train their stomach to process and digest food properly.
Many go by the old wise-tale of just “eat eat eat, eat everything in sight”. Well, be ready for the massive amounts of fat gain if you follow that protocol.
To properly train/teach your body to process foods, especially when trying to increase calorie intake to grow, you must first increase the calories at a steady rate. Increase 300-400 calories every 3-4 weeks into your daily programs. This will ensure that your metabolism will adjust properly, and the system will have time to adapt to the increase until you find your sweet spot of just building lean muscle mass, and not fat.
