Do I Count Calories?

People continually ask me, do I count my calories or macros? My answer has always been…NO! All I do is weigh more proteins and carbs, and measure out any liquid fats I may have with a meal. I am not going to waste any time counting calories. Completely dumb when the mirror is the best guide to use if you want to see the results you’re looking for. If I want to gain more size, I eat more. If I want to cut down body-fat, I eat less. It’s that simple; it isn’t rocket science people.
