Todays meals so far were….
Meal 1:
10oz liquid egg whites
2 scoops whey isolate
1 cup blueberry greek yogurt
70g of pancakes
2 tbsn natural peanut butter
Meal 2:
10oz top sirloin steak
1/2 cup white rice
3oz watermelon
1/2cup oatmeal
Meal 3:
8oz chicken (w/salad mix)
1/2 sliced avocado
1/2 cup oatmeal
3oz watermelon
Still have:
Meal 4
10oz ground lean turkey (taco seasoned)
1/2 cup white sushi rice
3oz watermelon
Then I hit the weights!!!
