At mVp Athletics with the Maximum Muscle Personal Traininig & Fitness Program, we go by a certain structure on how to help you achieve the optimum results out of our fitness programs. We go by a certain outline of things we assess before be start with our programs, to ensure the best results.

Here are the packages that we offer:
 

Online-based & 4-20 Session Personal Training Packages

Online-based & 4-20 sessions schedule by the clients & trainer. We will provide you with a proper training & diet plan to follow by for these 4-20 sessions. With the aspect of "small steps, small goals, and big rewards" the training program will start at a certain level (depending on the current fitness state of the client) and gradually increase as the sessions go by.
 

Bodybuilding Pre-Contest Packages (12 Weeks)

If your looking to get on-stage and compete in a bodybuilding show, this is the package for you. What this includes is a complete nutrition system run down of all meals, supplements, and training to finally meet your dream of getting on-stage, and showing the crowd what you've worked so hard for. We will guide you through all your training with a week-by-week schedule, daily meals, bodyfat percentage calculations, water intake, carbohydrate intake, protein intake, and especially the infamous 'hell week' or 'peak week' (the final week countdown) to the show. As a bonus, we will are including the 'Personal Nutritionist PLUS' package with in this, so you have your trainer come with you on your food/nutrition shopping trips to help you pick out the proper products to feed on during this 12 week process.
 

Personal Nutritionist Local or Online-Based

For many people, training is not the main thing they are looking to get help with. Having a proper nutrition & diet plan is their main interest in perfecting. What this plan will include is a initial consultation with the client, to get all the information needed to assess a proper plan, then the client will receive a 10 week guideline diet plan, and resources on what they can add or subtract into their diets.
 

Personal Nutritionist PLUS

We provide everything as the standard Personal Nutritionist plan offers, but with this one, we will add scheduled personal trainer-client food shopping trips to help guide in the selection of food products that will be a proper fit to consume.
 

OFFSEASON MASS PLAN

• 3 or 6 month offseason plans (can add more after if needed)
• Specifically designed for each individual personally
• Will monitor supplements involved, and training
• Client sends over photos every 2 weeks, tweek diet as needed.
• One on One personal training assessment sessions available with an extra cost.

 

PRE-CONTEST DIET PLAN

• 12 week pre-contest plans (16 week also available)
• Specifically designed for each individual personally
• Will monitor supplements involved, and training
• Client sends over photos every week, tweek diet as needed.
• During final 'peak week' stage, unlimited email/txt communication is available for proper guidance.
• One on One personal training assessment sessions available with an extra cost.
