Personalized Online-Based Training Program |
Online based training program, that will have daily structured training sessions.
• 10-12 Weeks Training Program
• Exercise interval timing/rest periods
• Photos of each exercise to get the proper form and movement.
Price: $350 per individual/program |

Individual Personal Training Sessions |
One session scheduled by the client & trainer. If all you need a advice in the right direction for one time, this single session is all you need. We will show you an all-around body workout, with diet help/advice for assistance in maintaining a proper healthly lifestyle.
• Duration of session is 1hr
• Proper diet will be part of the session
• Client will be shown/taught many different exercises for each bodypart, so that they can implement many of these things after their single session.
Price: $25 per one-hour session |

4 Personal Training Sessions |
Four session schedule by the clients & trainer. We will provide you with a proper training & diet plan to follow by for these four sessions. With the aspect of "small steps, small goals, and big rewards" the training program will start at a certain level (depending on the current fitness state of the client) and gradually increase as the sessions go by.
• Sessions are once or twice per week, depending on the clients request.
Price: $100 for 4 one-hour sessions |

12 Personal Training Sessions |
Tweleve session schedule by the clients & trainer. We will provide you with a proper training & diet plan to follow by for these tweleve sessions. With the aspect of "small steps, small goals, and big rewards" the training program will start at a certain level (depending on the current fitness state of the client) and gradually increase as the sessions go by.
• Sessions are twice or three times per week, depending on the clients request.
Price: $300 for 12 one-hour sessions |

20 Personal Training Sessions |
Twenty session schedule by the clients & trainer. We will provide you with a proper training & diet plan to follow by for these twenty sessions. With the aspect of "small steps, small goals, and big rewards" the training program will start at a certain level (depending on the current fitness state of the client) and gradually increase as the sessions go by.
• Sessions are three or four times per week, depending on the clients request.
Price: $500 for 20 one-hour sessions |
